Kia ora and Happy New Year,

We’ve been developing a series of informative training videos over the past few months for our clinical pain trialists and future users of the Axon headset. I’m often asked – “what actually happens in a treatment session?” and I’m excited to share a preview of one of our videos today to give you a glimpse into our non-invasive Axon treatments.

One of the most appealing aspects of the Axon system is its remote and portable nature where users can adopt the technology in the comfort of their own home. To ensure our users feel confident using the device to measure brain activity and reduce chronic pain, we’ve produced a series of four videos explaining how to prepare for Axon training, set up the device for brain visualisation and, of course, play the different brain training games directly in a living room or bedroom. We’re excited to roll these videos out for wider use.

In the meantime, and despite the challenges with moving Covid-19 alert levels, we’re making excellent progress in our clinical trial in partnership with AUT University and Waitematā District Health Board in Auckland. We look forward to sharing the results at the conclusion of the trial.

Best wishes,
Richard Little
Exsurgo CEO
