Sensors losing connection.

The reason for sensors losing contact generally occurs when the electrodes are worn or not making sufficient contact with your skin. Inspect your electrodes for signs of wear as shown in the images below. If they match the images or are slightly cracked and chipped, you should replace them as soon as possible to improve your signal quality.

You can remove the electrodes by hand as shown in the video below. For the spiky electrodes, these can be more difficult to replace and we recommend using the electrode insertion tool documented in the PDF below. Ensure that all the electrodes are completely snapped in.
