My headset’s not showing up or connecting.

Restart the Axon app: #

Close the Axon app, typically swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Open your recent apps, typically swiping up from the bottom of the screen, and swipe up on the Axon app to completely close it. Open the Axon app and see if the headset will now connect.

Enable Bluetooth on your device: #
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap on “Bluetooth”.
  3. Toggle on the switch to enable Bluetooth.
Allow Bluetooth permission: #

1. Open the Settings App.
2. Scroll down and tap on “Privacy & Security”.
3. Scroll down and tap on “Bluetooth”.
4. Toggle on the switch for the “Axon” app.
1. Press and hold on the Axon app icon until a menu appears.
2. Tap on “App info”.
3. Tap on “Permissions”.
4. Make sure that “Nearby devices” is allowed.
